Toasted oat clusters with pecans and pure maple syrup. Crunchy, lightly sweet, designed for your morning bowl.

Slow-roasted Kashmiri peppers blended into a smoky, mellow chutney. Spoon over grilled meats, eggs or warm flatbread.

Bright, herbaceous chutney of fresh cilantro, green chilli and lime. Our go-to with samosas, grilled fish and rice.

Date & Tamarind Chutney

Sweet–sour glaze of Medjool dates and tamarind. The same chutney we drizzle over our popcorn chicken canapés.

Harissa Paste

Smoky North African chilli paste with cumin, coriander and garlic. Stir into stews, marinades or yoghurt.

Rose Harissa

Our harissa softened with dried rose petals — floral, warm, less aggressive. Beautiful on lamb and roasted carrots.

Roast Pepper Sauce

Fire-roasted red peppers blended smooth with garlic and olive oil. A finishing sauce for fish, grains and eggs.

Bright, raw red peppers pounded with garlic, caraway and olive oil. Fresh, vivid heat — eat with bread and good oil.

Our house blend of toasted whole spices, ground fresh. Rub on meat, dust on roast vegetables, finish a dal.

Popped amaranth, sesame and dried herbs. Scatter over rice, eggs, salads or grilled vegetables for instant depth.

Miro Leaf Dukkah

A nut and spice blend ground with dried miro leaves. Dip bread in oil, then dukkah — or sprinkle over everything.

Everything is prepared in the KOMÉ kitchen by the same chefs who cook for our events and delivered platters.

Ingredient-led

Amaranth, teff, sorghum, millet, herbs, spices, and seasonal produce inspire much of our cooking. Here, they find their way into sauces, seasonings, and pantry goods designed for everyday use.
